The Prayer

The Prayer, a music video produced by volunteers, interns and staff of New Life Community Services for New Life Friends' Day.

Love Like YOU

A short film by Almeo Tan produced for the New Life Friends' Day 2015. “Love Like YOU” tells a story of a New Life social worker, portrayed by *Angeline Pang. Angeline works with disadvantaged and troubled youths with dysfunctional family backgrounds- some of them have school refusal issues while some of them are out of school. The story focused on her case on Jiaqi*, a troubled teenager from a poor family who lost her father due to heart attack and currently living with her very ill mother which resulted to her missing school and losing hope in life. Angeline has been burdened with disadvantaged and troubled youths at a young age and growing up in a dysfunctional family. At her lowest point when she felt overwhelmed, helpless and defeated, God’s glory was revealed. God’s love and compassion enables Angeline to be used as a vessel to demonstrate His love and thereby set the captives free and heal the broken hearted. *not their real names
