What We Do

P.A.N.D.A. Champs

P.A.N.D.A. Champs is a character-based programme designed to help children develop desirable traits, foster good relationships, set goals and make good decisions.

The acronym P.A.N.D.A. signifies the following:


  • P - Perseverance
  • A - Acts of Love
  • N - eNcouragement
  • D - Discipline
  • A - Accepting Differences

The programme seeks to:

  1. Impart good character values to children;
  2. Increase children's self-awareness and improve their interaction with family, friends and others; and
  3. Provide opportunities for children to accept responsibilities and to show care for the people around them as well as the environment they live in.


The 4 key objectives of the programme are as follow:

    1. Children learn to manage themselves by developing self-discipline and self-control.
    2. Children learn to be patient with one another and persevere in achieving their personal goals.
    3. Children learn to love and care for themselves, their family members, their friends and peers, and others.
    4. Children learn to be gracious and appreciative.
