New Life Community Services (NLCS) is a social service agency committed to strengthening individuals & families across life’s stages, especially those facing greater vulnerability or disadvantage.
We support children & youths via safe, stable environments where they grow in confidence, character & life skills — across 9 childcare centres, 3 student care centres & 2 youth hubs, alongside literacy, mentoring, early intervention & after-school programmes.
As children thrive when families are supported, we work closely with families facing financial & social challenges, providing financial assistance, case management & counselling to address needs while building stability.
We also support seniors via active ageing programmes that foster wellbeing, social connection & a continued sense of purpose.
Guided by a faith-based ethos of care, dignity & compassion, we serve all backgrounds with no strings attached. New Life Community Services is a full member of the National Council of Social Service & an Institution of a Public Character.
Loving our community as Christ does, we nurture children in confidence & compassion, guide youths through life’s transitions to their highest potential & enable seniors to stay connected & fulfilled — so they live with connection, hope & purpose, then go on to create positive impact in their own community.
Our core values of Growth, Resilience, Accountability, Collaboration and Empathy are the means of GRACE by which we serve the community.
We keep growing to expand our competency & capacity so we can be relevant & excellent.
We stay steadfast, facing adversity with optimism & commitment to find meaning in challenges to bounce back stronger.
We take ownership of our work & strive to deliver excellence. We do the right thing even when it costs us.
We believe we are stronger when we are united. We work together as one to achieve our missional purpose.
We care deeply for our clients & colleagues’ well-being. We show support to one another in genuine love & compassion.
We are glad we do not work alone. We synergise with partners in the community such as schools, grassroots, fellow voluntary social service agencies as well as government agencies.
