Communications and Partnerships Senior Executive/Team Lead

The Communications and Partnerships (C&P) Senior Executive/Team Lead reports to the Director of Marketing, C&P. He/she is responsible for driving communications efforts and supporting fundraising initiatives.

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

Strategic Communications & Branding

  • Develop and implement a master brand corporate identity for New Life Community Services (NLCS), ensuring consistency across its subsidiary brands and programmes.
  • Oversee the content strategy, ensuring that key messages are communicated through compelling storytelling, data-driven insights, and high-quality visuals.
  • Lead the planning and execution of multi-channel communications campaigns to enhance NLCS’s visibility and engagement.
  • Ensure all internal and external communications align with NLCS’s core values and organisational priorities.
  • Provide strategic communications guidance to NLCS program teams on key issues, including branding, positioning, and crisis response.

Fundraising Communications & Donor Engagement

  • Develop and implement communication strategies to support fundraising efforts and donor engagement.
  • Craft compelling content for donor outreach, impact reports, and relationship-building materials.
  • Ensure alignment of messaging across fundraising initiatives and key events.

Media & Stakeholder Relations

  • Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, securing press coverage that enhances the organisation’s credibility and reach.
  • Serve as the primary contact for media inquiries, preparing press releases, media kits, and talking points.
  • Manage crisis communication efforts, ensuring timely and appropriate responses to reputational risks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or a related field with at least five years of relevant experience.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing strategic communications plans.
  • Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for different audiences.

Programme Executive (Children Programmes)

New Life Children Programmes is a specialised service catered to K2 to P4 children. Our missional purpose is to nurture children to be confident and compassionate individuals.

 

We are looking for individuals who are dedicated and passionate about working with children, and who enjoy partnering with parents, volunteers and other stakeholders to support children’s development.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Plan, implement, monitor and evaluate literacy and numeracy programmes to support children’s learning and development.
  • Conduct assessments for children’s entry into and exit from the programme and make referrals to other services or agencies when appropriate.
  • Build positive and close working relationships with children, parents, volunteers and relevant stakeholders.
  • Conduct volunteer training both on-site and online and provide guidance and support to volunteers.
  • Plan and organise programme activities such as learning journeys, meet-the-parents sessions, graduation ceremonies and other programme-related events.
  • Ensure smooth coordination and delivery of programme activities.

Requirements:

  • Polytechnic Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Community Development, Social Work or a related field.

Senior Youth Worker / Youth Worker

New Life Youth caters to people between 11 – 21 years of age. Our mission is to mentor youths by creating a positive impact on their lives, developing their resilience through nurturing mentorships and empowering them to initiate change within their communities.

 

We are looking for a passionate and committed Senior Youth Worker / Youth Worker to join our team.  The successful candidate will play a key role in engaging, supporting, and empowering youths to reach their full potential through meaningful programmes and positive relationships.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organise, and implement programmes and activities that promote the holistic development and well-being of youths.
  • Provide supervision, guidance, and support to a team of youth workers (for Senior Youth Worker role).

The Senior Human Resource Executive plays a key role in driving the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, performance management, talent and career development, learning and development, succession planning, employee engagement, organisational development, and industrial relations.

 

In this role, you will act as a strategic HR Business Partner to service managers—understanding their goals, identifying critical HR needs, and working closely with management to translate organisation objectives into effective HR strategies and initiatives.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full spectrum of HR functions and services.
