Vernon has over 20 years of marketplace experience in the life insurance industry. He is an independent self-starter, possessing wide cross-cultural start-up experience in the areas of Partnership Management, Business Development, Recruitment, Sales Management and Operations gleaned through various positions held at the regional and in-country levels. He has worked in MNCs both locally and overseas. After leaving the corporate world, he continued to work on various social enterprise projects. These include starting a “business as mission” prawn farm in Sri Lanka and running an F&B enterprise in Autism Resource Centre (Singapore). Vernon is married to Agnes and has two young adult children. He worships at Covenant EFC with his family.
